The Contrast Plunge requires no plumbing or special electrical set up. It can be used indoors or outdoors and only requires a standard 110v outlet (if you've purchased a chiller or chiller + heater) and a hose or water source to fill up the pod or tub. The air pump to inflate your Contrast Plunge is included in your purchase.

The Classic Pod:
- Fits people up to 6’3” and 250 lb.
- Holds 75 gallons of water, similar to a standard bathtub.
The XL Pod:
- Best for those who enjoy extra room, are above 6’3” or 250 lb, or up to 3 or 4 users
- Holds 160 gallons of water, or about 2.5x the amount of a standard bathtub.
The Classic Tub:
- Fits people up to 6’3” and 250 lb.
- Holds 60 gallons of water, similar to a standard bathtub.
The XL Tub:
- Best for those who enjoy extra room, are above 6’3” or 250, or 2 users
