The XL Pod:

• Our largest volume plunge
• Best for those who enjoy extra room, are above 6’3” or 250 lb, or up to 3 or 4 users
• Holds 160 gallons of water, or about 2.5x the amount of a standard bathtub.

The Classic Tub:

• Best for those who prefer to lay down or have mobility issues that may make the Pod shape difficult to enter.
• Fits people up to 6’3” and 250 lb.
• Holds 60 gallons of water, similar to a standard bathtub.

The XL Tub:

• Best for those who prefer to lay down or have mobility issues that may make the Pod shape difficult to enter.
• Best for those who enjoy extra room, are above 6’3” or 250, or 2 users
• Holds 100 gallons of water, or about 1.5x the amount of a standard bathtub.

The Tub shape is recommended for users that prefer to lay down during their cold exposure therapy, or have mobility issues that may make entering the Pod difficult.

The Pod shape is recommended for those who prefer a standing or sitting position, have a smaller location to store the plunge, or like to take their plunge on the go (the Classic Pod is our smallest footprint option, and easiest for travel).

Contrast Plunge with Chiller

The Contrast Plunge requires no plumbing or special electrical set up. It can be used indoors or outdoors and only requires a standard 110v outlet and a hose, or water source, to fill up the pod or tub. The air pump to inflate your Contrast Plunge is included in your purchase.

Pod or Tub Only:

The Tub or Pod without the chiller requires no electricity, only water, the included air pump for inflation, and ice to keep the water cold.
